When you book online you will only see the non-member rates for our services. If you are a member please pick the non-member service you want. Do not worry, you will NOT be charged the non-member rate at the time of booking online. We will change your service to the member rate before you arrive or at the time of checkout as we know who are members and who are not members. If you would like to become a member and save money per service you can sign up online or at our location. If you want to use cash, a gift certificate, or your membership massage you accrue monthly you can do so after your session when you checkout at our location. The website will ask for a credit card to reserve your appointment. This is not to charge you but to honor our cancellation policy which states:

Appointments can be canceled for free with a 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling same day will be charged a $25 reservation fee per person. Appointments canceled with less than a one-hour notice or no notice at all will be charged the full value of the service and recorded as a “No Show.” Please note when booking an appointment, you are reserving a treatment room and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Our Therapists work for commission only, and this policy ensures they receive compensation if a client does not show up. Front desk associates are not allowed to schedule an appointment without a credit card on file or a $25 cash deposit. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 615-892-9704.
